‘E founga fēfē ha‘atau fakalangilangi‘i ‘a
e ‘Otuá ?
(How can we glorify God?)
‘Oku tau fakalangilangi‘i ‘a e ‘Otuá ‘aki
‘a e tu‘u mo‘oni ‘etau manakó ‘iate Ia, ‘ofa kiate Ia , falala kiate Ia, mo
talangofua ki hono finangaló, mo ‘ene ngaahi tu‘utu‘uní , mo ‘ene laó́ .
(We glorify God by enjoying him, loving
him, trusting him, and by obeying his will, commands, and law.)
Teutalonome 11:1
Ko ia te ke ‘ofa kia Sihova ko ho ‘Otua, ‘o tauhi hono fatongia, mo hono

and keep his charge, his statutes, his rules, and his commandments always.

‘oku tau loto mo‘oni ke fakalangilangi‘i hotau Fakamo‘uí , te tau fai ki
he‘ene leá . Ka ‘oku ‘ikai ‘uhinga ia ke tau talangofua pe ki ai na‘á ne
tautea‘i kitautolu. ‘Oku ‘ikai ko ia. Ka ko hono mahino‘i ‘o e lahi faufau ‘o
‘ene ‘ofa‘i kitautolú , pea ‘i he ‘etau ‘ofa kiate iá, ‘oku tau fie fononga

kiate aú pea ‘oku hanga leva hoku lotó
kiate ia ‘i he ‘ofa.”
If we truly want to honor the Savior, we
do as he said. But that means not just obeying him because he’s going to get
us. Its not really that. It’s understanding how great is his love for us so
that we, in love for him, want to walk with him. And that understanding means
that we begin by saying, “I understand
that he has loved me so much that my heart is responding in love for him.”
