CHRONICLES 20:20
And they rose early in the morning and went out into the wilderness of Tekoa. And when they went out, Jehoshaphat stood and said, “Hear me, Judah and inhabitants of Jerusalem! Believe in the Lord your God, and you will be established; believe his prophets, and you will succeed.”

Sola Fide - Faith Alone - Ko e Tui´ pe
The doctrines I speak of are those of Christians living by faith, not by sight: their giving glory to God by trusting Him in the dark; living upon Christ, and not upon experiences; not making their good frames the foundation of their faith. These are excellent and important doctrines indeed, rightly understood, but corrupt and destructive, as many understand them.
The Scripture speaks of our living or walking by faith, and not by sight, in no other way than these, namely when we are governed a respect to eternal things, which are the objects of faith and are not seen, and not by a respect to temporal things, which are seen; when we believe things revealed, that we never saw with bodily eyes, and also exercise faith in the promise of future things, without yet seeing or enjoying the things promised, or knowing the way how they can be fulfilled. This will be easily evident to anyone that looks over the Scriptures, which speak of faith in opposition to sight.

P - believe in the Lord
ReplyDeleteL - Rose, stood
O - Believe in the Lord your God
W - To believe in the Lord and he will establish me. Believe in his prophets and you will succeed. Which means to accept the Lord as the truth and real God and he accepts and recognize me. And that no one can take away.
Also, that I have to believe in the pastors and faifekau for they are servants of the Lord and I will succeed.
Malo Peni e takimu’a mo e ta sipinga ki he kau talavou.
Delete“P” - Promise - our faith in God “establishes” us! Our footing is important is our walk - which is by faith, not by sight! Solid, sure footing is found in the promises of God found in His Word! Tu’u ma’u ai! Pau’ia ai! 🙏🏼
