Falaite Ma’asi 11, 2022

HE HAS SAID

KUO NE FOLOFOLA

PSALM 9:10

Those who know your name trust in you, for you, Lord, have never forsaken those who seek you.

SAAME 9:10

Pea ‘e falala kiate koe ‘a ha‘a maheni ki ho huafa; He tala‘ehai kuo ke li‘aki, ‘e Sihova, ‘a e kau kumi ki he ‘Afiona.

Sola Scriptura - Scripture Alone - Ko e Folofola´ pe

There may be a promise in the Word which would exactly fit your case, but you may not know of it, and therefore you miss its comfort. You are like prisoners in a dungeon, and there may be one key in the bunch which would unlock the door, and you might be free; but if you will not look for it, you may remain a prisoner still, though liberty is so near at hand.

Should you not, besides reading the Bible, store your memories richly with the promises of God? Ought you not to be profound in your knowledge of the words of God, so that you may be able to quote them readily when you would solve a difficulty or overthrow a doubt? Since "he hath said" is the source of all wisdom, and the fountain of all comfort, let it dwell in you richly, as "a well of water, springing up unto everlasting life.” So shall you grow healthy, strong, and happy in the divine life.

What A mighty God we serve. A God who will never abandon us.

    L- lesson

Theme- Trust. Trust in him and he will not forsake you.
Aim- we have to seek God and all of his glory in order to have trust in him. We have to put trust in God rather then ourselves.

    O- ontology

Relationship and trust go hand in hand. When we spend a significant amount of time with someone, it creates trust and the more invested a person is in a relationship the amount of trust goes up. The same goes for God. The more time we spend with God the more we will get to know him and our trust will grow in him.

Father continue to guide me to always put my trust in you. You already see what I lack and what I need. I ask for strength and courage to fight the devil everyday and continue to trust in you. In Jesus name. Amen
